Note:-

It is informed to all the employees (Faculty/Non-Faculty) of this Institute whose name stands in the Priority list of any type of house that whenever there is change in their eligibility in case of upgradation of Pay Scale on account of MACP or Promotion, then the same is required to be informed to the Estate Branch (House Allotment) immediately, failing which in future, if it is found that the allotment made to any employee is not according to his/her eligiblity, then the said house is liable to be cancelled and further, action as deemed fit by the Competent Authority will be taken against the concerned employee as per House Allotment Rules of this Institute.

In addition to it, the employees are also required to inform any change in their Designation, place of duty and contact details etc. at the earliest for the record of this branch.
