  1. To explore Human Leukocyte Antigens(HLA) as mini genome model in health and disease. With particular emphasis towards generating high resolution database for establishing HLA registry at PGIMER for a) Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) for patients with various malignant and non-malignant hematopoietic conditions) and  b) towards histocompatible stem cell banking
  2. Influence of HLA-KIR axis on immune reconstitution, disease relapse, GVHD and GVL after haploidentical HSCT for various malignant and non malignant haematopoietic diseases
  3. To establish Multi-Lineage Chimerism approach for clinical practice in Post HSCT monitoring
